What To Expect

So what does it mean to be a part of Livingwaters? First and foremost, we are called to be a disciple of Jesus and to make other disciples of Jesus. This is done primarily through the weekly life group meetings. Livingwaters also focuses on teaching and training. There have been multiple classes on marriage, parenting, finances, SHAPE, evangelism and we continue to bring topics as the Lord directs.

Another aspect of being a part of Livingwaters is to pray regularly and have a real relationship with God. The 40 Days of Prayer and Fasting provides a renewal and cleansing in drawing us close to God. God has worked miracles through this and will continue to do so.

Passionate and spirit-filled worship is another critical component of being a part of Livingwaters. The Lord has used Livingwaters to minister to other churches through its worship and there is a focus to raise up committed worshippers of God from within the church and this has flourished amongst the youth of Livingwaters.

As a highly relational church, fellowship and outreach are important aspects of Livingwaters. Through the soccer clinic, friendship day, valentines and international dinners, family volleyball and basketball, New Year’s and Super Bowl parties, we desire Livingwaters to be a place of life and relationships built on the truth of Jesus. By meeting relational needs of people, we can lead people to Jesus, the greatest treasure of all time.

Finally, being a servant is another critical area of Livingwaters. Jesus came to serve and set the example for service. As His disciples, we cherish the opportunity to serve others and give glory to Jesus. From cleaning the church building every week, to meeting the needs of others, to ordaining and sending out disciples into the world to minister and serve, Livingwaters looks forward to the opportunity to serve.
